How long does it take?
Each hoodie is made to order in about 5–7 days, then delivered or shipped.
Which size should I pick?
Measure your dog's back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and the widest part of the chest. Between two sizes, go up.
Can I return a personalized hoodie?
Personalized items can't be resold, so we exchange sizes only if the measurements in the guide were followed. Message us within 14 days.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and air dry to keep the sherpa soft.
