Orders and prices
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and delivery costs are shown before you pay. Your order is confirmed when payment goes through, and you receive a receipt by email with your order number.
Personalized items
Hoodies are made to order with the name you enter. Please check the spelling: we stitch it exactly as written, including capitals and accents. Changes are possible within 24 hours, before embroidery starts.
Delivery
Production and delivery times are listed on Shipping & returns. If we can’t deliver within 30 days of the date indicated, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Using your hoodie
Läpki hoodies are clothing, not toys. Supervise your dog while wearing it, take it off if your dog chews it, and use the D-ring only with a harness or collar, never as the only restraint.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. They don’t limit any right you have under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.
