Making your hoodie
Every hoodie is made to order. Embroidery takes 5 to 7 business days before it leaves the studio. You can follow your order on My order.

Hand delivery appears at checkout when your postal code is in the zone. Tracking numbers are added to My order when your parcel ships.
Changes and cancellations
Need to fix a name or a size? Write to us within 24 hours of ordering, before embroidery starts, and we’ll change it or cancel for a full refund. Once a name is stitched, the hoodie can’t be resold.
Size exchanges
If the hoodie doesn’t fit and you followed the size chart, we exchange it for another size within 14 days of delivery. It must be unworn, unwashed and free of pet hair. The new hoodie is stitched with the same name; return shipping is on you, the new one ships free.
Defects
If something is wrong with the stitching or the hoodie, send us a photo within 30 days. We’ll replace it or refund it, and cover shipping.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
Nothing on this page limits your rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.
